2 Recruitment was founded on a simple observation: healthcare professionals deserve better than generalist agencies that treat a psychologist and a plasterer as the same placement. We recruit exclusively across Psychology, Allied Health and healthcare — so we understand banding, HCPC registration, service models and what a genuinely good fit looks like on both sides.
